CALL YOUR BRAIN'S BLUFF

And somehow.. you feel less certain than when you started.

Ever lay in bed at night and think, "Ok but what if I really missed something?" So you..
  • Grab your phone
  • Open a tab
  • Ask ChatGPT one more question
  • Scroll Reddit for ~real~ experiences

And for about 90 seconds, you feel better. But then it's back. The doubt, the "yeah, but what if.." - the urge to check again just to settle it *properly* this time.

You'e spent way too much time trying to outthink your anxiety when what you actually want is to trust yourself and move on with your life.

But how do you stop checking without feeling reckless?
How do you stop Googling without feeling irresponsible?
How do you walk away when your brain swears you're missing something important?

Right now, you don't need more answers.
You need to understand why the answers keep backfiring.

And that's exactly what we're going to dismantle.

You’ve Spent Way Too Much Time “Just Making Sure.”

This is quietly eating more of your life than you think.

It feels small.  Afterall, it's "just checking".  It's "just research".  It's "just being careful".

But right now, you're stuck somewhere between trying to be responsible and being completely hijacked by your own brain.

Come to think of it, if you didn't have to double-check every thought, you could fall asleep faster, answer texts without re-reading them 12 times, drive without replaying it later, sit on the couch without grabbing your phone. When you think about what it would feel like to finally put down the tech and trust yourself, you almost can't picture it. And that's the damn problem.

Because that's the ultimate hell. Not living freely, living too cautiously - especially when that "cautiously" turns to stuck.

Especially when that "stuck" turns to years.

That's what we're interrupting.

Google isn't fixing it, ChatGPT isn't fixing it, Reddit definitely isn't fixing it. Hey, it buys you a couple of quiet hours - then you're right back at it, and you just have more to analyze, more to manage. More to obsess over.

I've been doing this since 2008. I've treated the most complex, complicated cases you can imagine. The pattern, to me, is predictable.

We've gotta break the loop. You already know something has to interrupt this. Might as well be now.

enough. let's fix this.

CHECKING ISN'T CALMING YOU. IT'S TRAINING YOU.

I'VE BEEN DOING THIS SINCE 2008. THE KIND OF ANXIETY THAT RUINS PEOPLE'S ENTIRE LIVES.

The pattern is the same. When people stop chasing reassurance and start breaking the cycle, everything changes.

Hundreds of students use my framework to:
Stop late night Googling spirals
Cut the reassurance in half - and then some
Sit with uncertainty without combusting
Feel calm without ~checking first~

Thousands of students in my programs. Countless DMs that start with "I've been struggling for so long".

You just need the right interruption. And that's what this is.

+ TWO BONUS WORKSHEETS TO HELP WHEN YOUR BRAIN SCREAMS "JUST ONE MORE"

I’M ALL IN - $27

once you see the pattern clearly, checking stops feeling necessary. and that changes everything.

(for $27 - less than what you've probably spent on coffee, calm drops, and snacks while Googling whether you're losing your mind)

YOU COULD KEEP GOOGLING AT 11:47 PM.. BUT YOU KNOW HOW THAT ENDS.

You could keep asking ChatGPT if you're actually okay this time. What's normal. If something bad happened or could happen. But your brain aways finds one sentence to latch onto and spiral about.

You could screenshot Reddit threads and compare strangers' reassurance like research. But conflicting answers will crush you by tomorrow morning.

You could promise yourself you'll stop checking. But white-knuckling it lasts, like, 6 hours. Max.

You could wait until anxiety feels lower before you change anything. But that day doesn't magically show up.

OR. ORRRRR.

You could learn how to make checking unnecessary in the first place.

That's the difference.

I don't give you more information, I show you the pattern that runs underneath it all and take it out by the roots.

I'm not gonna give you reassurance in prettier packaging. I'm not selling coping skills that secretly keep the cycle alive. And I don't pretend the internet is the villain here - your response to it is.

CONFIDENCE > COMPULSIONS

Hi, I’m Jenna. The Jenna behind Jenna Overbaugh, and I’m here to tell you that you’re capable AF. It’s time to unleash your inner badass and conquer that anxiety and exhausting, relentless thoughts that have been holding you back. I’m going to teach you the real deal in a no-BS approach to OCD and anxiety recovery. You'll learn from a real, licensed professional counselor who's been specializing in OCD and anxiety since 2008 - yep, that long. Instead of going over the same old content you’ve all seen and heard and trying those same old methods that never work (trust me), I’m here to help you get to the root of the issue, teach you the skills you need to be your own therapist, and then empower you to go beyond the work and actually implement the strategies you need to take back your life — with or without a therapist. So what do you say, are you ready to feel better once and for all?

helping you create life change
