I’ve been dealing with the loud, relentless “what ifs” of OCD and anxiety since I was a kid. And since 2008, I’ve made it my mission to help others do the same.
I’ve treated this stuff at every level of care, including residential at Rogers Memorial Hospital and Johns Hopkins. For almost 10 years, I worked with some of the most debilitating, complex, unconventional cases of OCD and anxiety in the world.
